Our client is currently recruiting for a Client Services Team Leader and are one of the largest law firms in the world, working in more than 40 countries.  They are looking for someone to cover a 6 month Maternity contract and are looking for someone to start immediately. The working hours are Monday – Friday, shifts rotate weekly between 07:30 – 16:00, 08:30 – 17:00 and 10:30 – 19:00.

As the Client Services Team Leader, you are responsible for managing the day to day running of the Front of House team and developing the client services executives. You will demonstrate professionalism and high levels of customer service, leading by example, ensuring that all relative parties provide the client the best possible experience possible.

Responsibilities include;

  • To manage and support the Client Services Executives with their daily duties
  • Provide a 5-star service when meeting and greeting clients, staff and visitors. Ensuring they are signed in following the security procedures and escorting guests to meeting rooms
  • Assisting clients and visitors where necessary
  • Answering internal and external telephone calls, in a timely and professional manner
  • As the Client Services Team Leader you will be responsible for reporting and managing all maintenance issues in the front of house area, as well as meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all areas are well kept and up to standard
  • Assisting with induction and training for new staff members, ensuring their performance is managed through meetings and catch ups
  • Oversee and participate in staff training activities
  • Managing personnel issues as and when they arise, supporting the Senior Team leader and Client Experience Manager
  • Assist Senior Team leader and Client Experience Manager with administrative duties

Ideal Candidate;

  • Will have knowledge of the industry, specifically customer service
  • Experience in developing a team and supervision
  • Background in Client Services is important as this role is a 6 month FTC
  • Previous experience within a Law would be advantageous
