A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a global company in Knutsford. This role would suit someone who has a creative flair as they will be working in the business development team which is client facing. You will be assisting the team with preparing Pitch Decks and slides and will be confident liaising with clients over the phone. This role could progress down the line into Client Services or an Editorial role.

Duties include;

  • Diary management
  • Booking travel and producing itineraries
  • Producing Pitch Decks, ensuring it is in line with company brand guidelines
  • Liaising with stakeholders within the business
  • Answering calls
  • Processing expenses
  • General administration duties

Skills required;

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a personal assistant or operations role
  • MS Office knowledge (strong Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
