EA to 2 Partners within Venture Capital / Tech

EA to 2 Partners – £45-50k – Venture Capital Arm of International Private Equity Company

We are working on a really fantastic new opportunity for an EA to support two Partners in a small, fun and extremely fast-paced tech oriented team that sits within the Venture Capital Arm of an International Private Equity Company.

You will be responsible for supporting 2 Partners with EA duties, and ad hoc support to the wider team. The team is really diverse, entrepreneurial, ambitious and hardworking. This role is suited to someone agile who is used to working in very fast-paced or start-up environments, where things are constantly changing. This is a new role within the team.

Duties will include, although not be limited to:

• Extensive diary management
• Travel co-ordination – international with detailed and changing itineraries
• Pre-empting changes and planning ahead
• Building relationships
• Preparing and reviewing correspondence
• Expenses
• Minuting meetings
• Preparing information and content ahead of meetings
• Ad-hoc administrative duties

The candidate:

• Proven experience in a similar role, at Senior level 
• Experience of working for an international firm
• Team player, able to build effective working relationships
• Muck in attitude
• Agile
• High attention to detail
• Hardworking

Salary is £45-50k with bonus and benefits.
