PA needed to support the Chief Corporate Development Officer of an ambitious, global Consultancy firm

Your new company
This company has recently relocated from Hong Kong and have gone through a massive relocation project. You will be located in their brand new offices in Victoria. This company extremely ambitious and are looking to double in size by 2022.

Your new role

  • Responsibility for demanding calendar management and travel arrangements requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings and events
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, booking venues, equipment and refreshments
  • Provide the Directors with clear, pertinent business information to assist in the on-going management and decision making of the business
  • Handle all activities for the Chief Corporate Development Officer with complete discretion and confidentiality
  • Manage, organise and update various forms of data using database applications

What you'll need to succeed

  • Great interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, able to deal with a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external executive level individuals
  • Previous senior / exec level PA experience in a large multinational company
  • Extensive experience of working with Microsoft packages including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Pro-active, flexible, and approachable, with a positive outlook
  • Calm and composed, with a high level of diplomacy
  • Knack for reading and pre-empting situations
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
  • Professional attitude, taking pride in their appearance
