Every now and again, we’re asked to support a recruitment process that truly makes us stop in our tracks and think about what we do.

Sometimes we have to rethink how we do what we do, because a role presents itself that requires us to do things differently.

This is that role.

If you’re currently a Chief of Staff, Assistant Chief of Staff or someone who is working within a strategic or project delivery role then this may be for you.

If your job involves working with sky-high thinkers, and you’re the actual person who tightens the nuts up on the wheels before take-off, then there is even more chance that this opportunity could be a match.

You’ll be the answer to the question, the translator of the thoughts, the messenger, the defence, the attacker, the shoulder, the map reader and confidante to a highly driven and ambitious CEO.

You’ll love a challenge; because this is one. One that will test your emotional intelligence to unexpected levels, and in some weird way the desire to learn and read the Executive team and their CEO will inspire you.

The role, an initial 12-month contract, will require you to use every ounce of your previous COS experience – this is not an EA role with a supercharger; this is a strategic COS role from the ground up.

The firm is a game-changing organisation who are entirely purpose driven, so any exposure to the worlds of policy, strategy, government or politics would be hugely advantageous, as will an impeccable education. You will almost certainly have a Russell Group education in an academic based degree and feel at home amongst highly intelligent and knowledgeable people who are true ‘experts’ in their field.

We’re asking a lot, aren’t we?

Does this sound like the career-defining challenge you’ve been looking for?

If so, then we’d love to speak.
