Our client a reputable and established organisation based in central London is looking for a bright, proactive and personable individual to join their team.  This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual who is looking for a busy and challenging role with opportunities for development.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Support Services and Head of Centre Support in the implementation of the Group’s corporate policy and standards throughout the portfolio to ensure: 

  • Excellent customer satisfaction and engagement 
  • High standards of presentation and maintenance throughout the portfolio
  • Accurate and maintained policies, procedures and records

These are some of the main responsibilities:

  • Customer Survey Programmeto assist in administering the on-going delivery of the Customer survey programme
  • Mystery shoppingto assist in the on-going mystery shopping programme to ensure that high standards of service customer are maintained
  • Training support
  • Assist with circulating positive messaging and delivering initiatives
  • Schedule and circulate details of key sustainability dates for relevant campaigns
  • Assist with the development and delivery of sustainable events 
  • New starters plan and schedule induction training for new staff as well as newly promoted staff
  • Social media- managing reports bi-annually to ensure that they are made available to all relevant parties
  • Assist in the review of social output with Marketing Manager and social agency with a view to identifying initiatives for training/customer engagement 
  • Assist with introduction and implementation of new initiatives as required
  • Carry out any other duties as required
