Our client, a cultural organisation, requires an Executive Assistant to start mid-June 2019.

The main duties of the Executive Assistant are:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Complex diary and Inbox management
  • Responding to correspondence and calls
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Organising paperwork for meetings e. agendas, reports, papers, briefings and presentations
  • Ensuring the Director is fully briefed before meetings
  • Responsible for the planning and administration of internal meetings
  • Producing and distribution of minutes; follow up action points and track actions and approvals
  • Assist with the processing and monitoring of departmental finances
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects when required

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a similar role at Director-level in a busy and demanding office environment. You need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of maintaining good working relationships with high level stakeholders. You need to have a flexible and proactive approach to work, ability to show discretion, tact and confidentiality, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
