EA to CEO

EA CEO 

We have an exciting EA role to support the CEO of one of our favourite clients! Due to low company turnover this is a rare opportunity to work for our client. They are a fantastic company to work for and all members of the team are valued and respected. Though they are growing into a medium to large sized company, they like people who work with a small company mentality, are team players and can work in a collaborative way. 

Working for a highly inspirational CEO, our client is looking for a top level EA with CEO/board level experience within financial services. You must have an excellent ability to prioritise, work well under pressure and have good time management skills.

You'll be working for the company's CEO and office, with 85% of the work focussed on the CEO. At times you will be asked to assist the Chairman with diary, scheduling and other ad hoc secretarial and administrative support. The role overall  is predominantly business heavy but private work will be required at times, as with any role working at this level. Standard hours are 09:00 - 17:30 - you will be expected to be available as and when required but the company do value those who work hard and give back where possible.

You will provide full executive assistant and administrative support, including duties such as managing work and personal diaries as well as inboxes, organising UK and worldwide travel, ‘gate-keeping', preparing internal and external meeting materials, processing expenses and writing meeting minutes, to name a few of the classic duties. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong sense of integrity, care and diligence. You will be professional with a good sense of humour and someone who really enjoys being a senior level EA, building relationships and being a true ambassador to their employer.
