Cutting-edge, prestigious and ever-evolving international law firm are seeking a right-hand EA to act as a true business partner to a team of Partners. Be at the sharp end of the business and delve into this truly involved role where your ideas will be heard, your expertise will be highly valued and your decision-making skills will be paramount.  As a right-hand Executive Assistant, you will have previously worked at C-Suite level and within the Legal arena, and be used to working under extreme pressure and have the ability to ‘make a difference’. Holding the fort and acting as the gatekeeper are part and parcel of an Executive Assistant role, and dealing with highly confidential information requires a ‘Miss Money Penny’ to be able to pre-empt situations ahead of time.  Project management and first-class communication skills will ensure that you are ahead of the game in this highly rewarding and bespoke opportunity.

As an EA, you will encompass the following:

  • Multitasking ever-changing schedules – diary, meetings both UK and Global, conference calls, seminars, conferences, client lunches, restaurant bookings and preparing agendas
  • Extensive and complex international travel to multiple destinations, flights, accommodation, trip itineraries, Visa applications, meeting paperwork and agendas
  • Coordinating client events working closely with the BD and Marketing department
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications on a global basis
  • Setting up Executive Board meetings, preparing agendas and committee papers, attending and taking minutes at meetings
  • Full inbox management and handling urgent matters
  • Client event management – venue sourcing, invitations and all event logistics working closely with the BD and Marketing department
  • Ad hoc project-related work

Personal Competencies:

​As an EA, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, commercial awareness and business acumen and be one step ahead of the game in this diverse, stimulating and responsible role, taking ownership of decisions and delivering a high-quality service. You will also have:

  • Previous EA experience within the legal or professional services fields
  • Strong delegation skills and be able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to ‘hold the fort’ and good decision-making skills
  • Driven, ambitious and highly professional with articulate communication skills
  • Ability to run simultaneous projects
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge and minimum typing speeds of 60-65wpm
