Team Assistant

My client is a British, Family run, Country Heritage Brand based in Central London Mayfair offices. The role is mainly supporting the Sales team with a variety of exciting ad hoc projects  and lots of liaising with HNW clients. This is a wonderful opportunity to work for an extremely prestigious luxury Country brand and to really make the role your own! You will not be deskbound – you will sometimes work from their other London office. They are looking for a sparky and brilliant Admin / Team Assistant with flawless communication skills, both written and orally. Superb emotional intelligence is a must, you will be liaising with VIP customers as well as manufacturers. The Head of Sales is looking to build a fantastic relationship with the Team Assistant, someone who he can trust and rely on. The right person will be enthusiastic about the brand and the industry and will be keen to get involved with company events. You will have the opportunity to take on projects, get involved with the other teams and anything else needed. You must be extremely proactive, highly organised and a problem solver – full of bright ideas of to how to improve the current systems in place. This is a really lovely  company where your ideas are taken seriously and all opinions heard! You must be incredibly discreet, professional and polished. You must be happy doing anything and everything with exceptional admin abilities.
