Office Manager / PA

We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and professional Office Manager with some additional PA duties. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity for a boutique professional services start-up company, with stunning offices located in Central London. As Office Manager/ PA you will exclusively support all team members and oversee all office needs. You will, therefore, be a highly efficient and dynamic individual with excellent attention to administration detail and bundles of autonomy. The start-up is looking for candidates who must be able to communicate well, are confident and organised. Candidates must have proven Office Management or strong administrative office experience in a boutique environment, but also have the ambition and ability to be able to grow with the company and its team. As the Office Manager and PA you will be dealing with a range of administrative duties and responsibilities, from the marketing and social media, helping prepare and format documents, ensuring things are compliant, co-ordinating and liaising with lots of externals to ensure the office runs smoothly, travel booking for the team, expenses and scheduling meetings.
