We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join a dynamic team within a very successful and growing Branding Agency. This is your opportunity to join a small team and assist in the smooth running of all IT and office equipment and processes through efficient deployment of Tech resources and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities will be:

• First point of call for Agency IT support
• Agency lead for escalation and resolution of IT issues
• Freelance onboarding – ensuring correct setup to maximize productivity
• AV assistance for internal and external facing meetings
• Project co-ordination with Building Services teams
• Maintenance of IT/tech register
• Work with procurement team to obtain quotes for new equipment
• Manage and track IT purchase request budget
• Assist Finance with IT
• Ad hoc tasks Operations tasks (Finance, HR and Resourcing)

Skills and experience

• Enthusiastic.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills – written/oral.
