Are you an experienced PA/Administrator who prides themselves on their attention to detail? Are you a true people person, with excellent communication skills? Would you be interested in working within HR for a Global FTSE 30 FMCG, based in the West End? Then we may have a fantastic opportunity for you as a Global Rewards Coordinator. Working with a small team you will liaise with a variety of HR/Reward Specialists. This role sits at the Group level as part of a small team responsible for executive pay, reward governance, reward guidance and facilitating reward networks across the group.

As a Group Reward Coordinator you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Coordinating all quarterly meeting to include all logistics/travel and room bookings
  • Supporting the reward team with annual projects
  • A high level of written and verbal communication across the global network
  • Assisting with remuneration benchmarking, incentive and share schemes
  • Administration work including organising reward networking events and meetings
  • Co-ordinating reward projects throughout the year
  • Providing analytical and modelling support on incentive plan projects as needed
  • Supporting the development of communication materials and education sessions as required

About you:

  • Confident to manage a project from start to finish (e.g coordinating gender pay submissions from across the businesses)
  • Organised and good at planning; with excellent attention to detail
  • Good at building relationships with multiple stakeholders across many levels of the organisations
  • Act as the face of the reward team to a wide range of stakeholders, you articulate things clearly and have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Flexible and pragmatic to deal with changing priorities
