Recently ranked one of the top 25 places to work by LinkedIn, KMK are extremely excited to be working with one of our longest standing clients who are currently recruiting for a Group Reward Coordinator to join their London office.

This role is extremely varied, you will be responsible for providing project support, organising events/managing agendas, maintaining databases of reward related information, being the first point of contact for answering ad hoc queries and managing communications, ensuring that divisions complete survey submissions in line with deadlines, preparing documentation and communication for Executives, providing administrative support to the team as required, processing invoices, ensuring records are kept in line with GDPR requirements and booking travel and managing the diary of the Group Head of Reward and Group Reward Manager.

The ideal candidate is confident to manage a project from start to finish, good at building relationships with multiple stakeholders, possess a flexible and pragmatic approach to work with the ability to deal with changing priorities. You must have a good level of expertise on Microsoft Office and be interested in learning more about Reward and where it sits within HR!
