You will be responsible for ensuring day to day smooth running of the office, and to control all administration side of the business! Your duties will include, producing/maintaining contracts, managing lunch orders, processing 3rd party supplier invoices, keeping the budget log updated, supporting the Office Manager with ad hoc events, providing Reception/PA cover when required and general administration duties.
