Marketing, Events and Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing, Events and Communications Coordinator to join this dynamic and exciting global financial services membership organisation on a permanent full time basis.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a leading global trade organisation. With international offices, their members include trading firms, exchanges and clearing firms from many countries as well as other financial services professionals servicing the industry. The organisation's members play a critical role in the reduction of systemic risk in global financial markets.

What will you be doing?

• Creates and edits email copy
• Supports the development of marketing materials
• Post relevant copy to the website
• Support email and social media releases
• Manage press lists and liaising closely with public affairs
• Supporting the events manager with events logistics
• Support event execution
• First point of contact for people attending events with enquiries
• Other Ad-Hoc duties as required

About you?

• This role would suit someone who is a second jobber looking to continue their career in marketing/communications/events
• Able to articulate and manage projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using a CRM/Mailchimp/HTML would be a plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Friendly and positive attitude

This role is paying between £28-32k, dependant on experience.
