This is a fantastic opportunity to assist a high-profile singer ensuring the smooth running of all areas of their private affairs. 

Applicants must be experienced providing private support and be highly self-motivated, highly efficient with an excellent eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

This is a demanding role requiring 100% commitment with flexibility to work beyond normal working hours and being on-call on a 24/7 basis and free to travel for long periods. 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Personal diary
  • Personal travel
  • Management of the household
  • Managing expenses / budgeting and liaising with accountant
  • Making personal appointments
  • Errand running (including grocery shopping etc.)
  • Personal shopping
  • Managing private events (dinners etc.)
  • Liaison with management company
  • Liaison with family members and other personal contacts
  • Handling confidential matters, this role includes taking responsibility for scheduling calendars, both private and business, arranging public appearances (approved beforehand via management) securing travel arrangements and maintaining itineraries
  • Handling correspondence and phone calls, taking care of bills, insurance and other personal affairs
  • Making sure everything is run calmly and smoothly so the artist doesn’t feel the stress or strain of any projects at busy times
  • Managing different projects as needed and carry out all necessary research and follow through on personal tasks
  • The employee must be fully abreast of all the day’s events to ensure their day runs smoothly and the artist is prepared for all events way ahead of time

 

Candidates must be / have:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a personal assistant, preferably in a similar type of client
  • Music industry experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Be free to travel extensively for long periods of time
  • MS Office proficient
  • Mac proficient
  • Professional in your appearance and manner
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work well under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality are key to the role
  • Flexible with hours and able to cope with last minute change of plans and conflicting demands
  • Able to adapt to different working hours/time zones
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clean driving licence
  • Confident and efficient with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Incredibly trustworthy and discreet
  • Enthusiastic and proactive
