Our client is an international management consultancy firm.
Description
Our client is an international management consultancy firm, looking to recruit a permanent PA to support 2 Partners. providng PA support 1-2, your duties will include:
- Extensive diary management on behalf of both Partners - arranging internal and external meetings and video conferences.
- Ensuring Partners are prepared for meetings.
- Booking international travel including flights, hotels, transfers.
- Arranging visas for travel.
- Compiling and submitting expenses and timesheets.
- Liaising with clients and their Assistants.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Support with document creation and printing.
- Contact management
- Arranging, preparing appropriate documents and minute taking at meetings.
- Supporting both Partners with project administration as required.
- Supporting with ad hoc marketing campaigns for Partners as required.
- Organising events.
Profile
The successful candidate for this role will:
- Have previously managed extremely busy diaries.
- Have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills.
- Be able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
- Be a good team player.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Job Offer
On offer for the candidate is a salary of £46,256 + bonus and fantastic benefits package. Hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
