Your new company
This top UK toy company is looking for a PA to MD for their vibrant Richmond offices. They develop and produce products and services for their consumers across the world and provide endless fun for their target audience.

Your new role
Your new role will be to provide Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director to this hugely successful organisation and also office management support to a team of 19 people. This will include diary management, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, full meeting management, multi currency expense reconciliation, travel and hotel management (including visa arrangements), arranging team events, monitoring and purchasing of office stationery, coordinating health & safety checks and procedures, organising trade fair and much more.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a versatile PA & Office management role
Previously supported at the Managing Director or above levels
Live locally to the South West London area
The ability to use initiative and be creative
The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in Japanese (spoken & written) would be beneficial, but is not essential

What you'll get in return
