A leading Asset Management company in the West End is seeking a Team Assistant within their Private Debt Group to support a team of 10 investment professionals.
Duties will include extensive travel arrangements, diary management, outlook management, coordinating meetings and calls across several time zones, expenses as well as organising small and large scale events.
You will have solid PA experience within financial services, preferably in Private Equity or Asset Management or investment banking. Previous experience within financial services is essential. You will have a collaborative approach and enjoy working in a professional team environment.
Knowledge of German, Spanish, French or Italian is highly desirable for the role as you will be supporting several members of the German team too.
