EA to Global Head, Real Estate Investment

Sustainable investment firm based in Central London is looking for an exceptional SENIOR LEVEL PARTNER / GLOBAL HEAD  EA to support the office’s most demanding global head / senior partner. This is one of the most Senior EA roles within the business, and we’re looking for Executive Assistants / Board PA candidates with strong senior experience within financial services, investment management, PE private equity, real estate investment,  who are used to high volume, fast paced and responsible senior PA positions. Absolutely brilliant role!

• Working on a 1:1 basis, this EA will support the Global Head with a diverse range of classic senior level duties, including lots of remote support.
• Extensive, ever changing, and global calendar management
• Ownership of several different meetings, project managing their roll out through the year (various team, global, board, committee, portfolio management, and investor meetings)
• Events
• Roadshow coordination and fundraising coordination
• investor relations
• Extensive liaison and relationship building
• Intricate international travel itineraries
• Small and large scale event coordination on a global basis
• Some personal PA / private PA duties
• More involvement in time i.e. deal screening, mini projects

The ideal PA / Executive Assistant / Board PA will have:

• 4-5 years at senior level
• 8-10 years as a PA
• Warm, personable approach
• Able to upwardly manage in a soft way
• Utter discretion
