German Speaking Legal PA Secretary required by Law firm based in the heart of the City to work for 2 Partners

The firm are seeking a German speaking Legal PA Secretary to support 2 very busy, yet charming Partners who spend time working between the office in Germany and London, so the PA will be required to organise regular travel. The team also consists of an additional 6 Associates - dealing with Corporate, M&A, Banking and Finance law.

This is a real PA role, with lots of diary management, organising meetings, dealing with clients and of course lots of travel, however, they will need to be able to work on large Word documents and produce PowerPoint presentations as and when required.

The firm are ideally seeking someone who has worked for a large international law firm with Legal PA secretarial experience.

This really is a full hands on PA role and one where you can have a say and make a difference !!!
