Description

As the Executive Assistant the key responsibilities include;

Extensive diary management and complex international travel arrangement
Organisation of meeting rooms, including equipment, catering and managing IT support
Screening telephone calls and acting as the gatekeeper for the Managing director and the wider team
Establishing and maintaining staff and client relationships
General administration duties including filing, faxing, photocopying and binding documents
Any other ad-hoc duties required by the team

Profile

The successful candidate will require;

Extensive prior experience working as an Executive Assistant
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Prior experience working within financial services is essential
Effective planning and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Team player and can-do attitude
