  • Our client, a highly respected US law firm, is looking for a top class Legal Sec/ PA to join a busy team within the CORPORATE FUNDS department.
  • The client is looking for a Legal Sec/PA of outstanding calibre - in terms of presentation, poise, academic ability and exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • The ideal person will have worked for a minimum of 4-5 years solidly in a busy City law firm WORKING WITHIN FUNDS/BANKING/CORPORATE and be skilled on the document side as well as knowing how to organise your bosses' full diary, make extensive travel arrangements, liaise with clients externally as well as internal liaison
  • There is a high level of admin involved in the role, including billing and expenses, so candidates should be used to doing this kind of work
  • This is a busy and challenging role - so would suit a mature and experienced Legal Sec/PA who is looking for a step up in her job role within a friendly environment.
