A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to work within vibrant and stunning offices based in Victoria, based within a Recruitment Firm. My client offers the whole package, from training, development, to benefits such as company skiing trips, monthly massages, free breakfast, gym membership etc.

Responsibilities will include:
*Diary and time management
*Organising/attending meetings and ensuring all are well prepared for meetings
*Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
*Booking relevant travel and accommodation
*Reporting - creating and maintaining reporting processes for the team
*Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
*Being a team player; working with the Operations team to ensure smooth running and support to the office
*Marketing and event production

Candidate specification
*PA/EA experience working within recruitment or professional services environment for a minimum of 3-4 years.
*Experience within events and or marketing
*Experience working within a busy and fast paced environment.
*Highly confident and have excellent communication skills.
*Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
*Excellent analytical skills
*Articulate and highly professional
*Ability to use your initiative.
*Proactive
*High attention to detail.
