Sales assistant – exciting start-up fintech company, West End! 

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a driven, hardworking, sales assistant to join an ambitious start up fintech company firm based in the heart of the West End. The role will be heavily focussed on developing a client base, with lots of phone work required as well as ad hoc administration duties. You will be working alongside a very experienced team, who are at the forefront of releasing this amazing new technology to the UK financial sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get a foot in the door within the fintech sector, alongside some incredibly experienced colleagues.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing relationships with financial companies who would find the Artificial Intelligence the company provides, useful. The team require someone who is very enthusiastic, willing to go the extra mile, resilient, confident on the phone, bright and a real team player.

This is a newly created role and covers a variety of duties including:

• Identifying potential clients within the target industry
• Following up with potential clients to inform them of the services available 
• Persistence
• Providing ad-hoc support the wider team

 

The Candidate

The team are seeking a bright, switched on and enthusiastic self-starter.

Specifically, the ideal candidate would have:

• A degree or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter and can-do attitude
• Experience or an interest in working within asset management and/or finance
• Enthusiasm – be a proactive and positive character, not phased by large projects or challenges
• Not afraid to work autonomously at the beginning stages

Hours: 8am - 12pm and 2pm - 6pm

Hourly rate: £12/hr or £25k equivalent
