HR Advisor - growing law firm

Expanding and highly reputable law firm seeks an experienced generalist HR Advisor for a brand new role, to support the continued growth of their Leeds office.

You'll be proactive and energetic, with 3 years' experience as a HR Advisor, and ready to join the firm at an exciting time!

You'll support the HR Director, working with the wider Human Resources team, in a full generalist role, including:

• Providing generalist HR advice as first point of contact
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Recruitment, resourcing and on-boarding for business services and fee-earning staff
• Managing graduate and trainee recruitment administration
• Supporting employee relations, performance and absence management matters
• Dealing with maternity/paternity, adoption and sick leave processes, contributing to payroll and benefits functions
• Line managing an administrator
• Reporting, record-keeping and maintaining HR systems
• Contributing to the delivery of the firms' Learning & Development programme and Diversity & Inclusion strategy
