An incredible Office Manager position has become available at a leading Tech Communication company based in a beautiful office in Stratford.

This role offers a salary of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum and the opportunity to work within a company where you can stay, develop and really make the role your own.

This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a fast paced and dynamic Office Manager position.

The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Being responsible for creating processes in a busy office
  • Ensuring that all visitors are greeted both personally and over the telephone in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner
  • Maintaining appropriate stationery/office/canteen supplies/inventory
  • Ensuring that internal and external post is dealt with efficiently on a daily basis
  • Booking/allocation of visitor car parking spaces
  • Building relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Facilities management.

Skills

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager position
  • Well versed with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Solutions orientated
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and be proactive
  • Be a self-starter with a confident personality.
