A well known PR company based in the City of London are looking for a Team PA to provide administrative support to the CEO and financial PR partners, client accounts and to the collective efforts of the financial PR team. This role is also to support the marketing team and efforts across the wider agency. It is likely marketing support will take up roughly one-third of the role.

• You will help to plan and arrange client events
• Organise marketing events
• Creating or arranging for production of key documents for client events
• Organizing media meetings
• Providing admin support
• Creating a system for flagging on when to contact partners
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day content production and promotion
• Work along side the marketing team to implement a new CRM database system
