Live in Housekeeper/Cook

Live in Housekeeper / Cook job in Kensington , West London

A family of five in Kensington are looking for a child friendly and flexible live in Housekeeper/Cook to help join their small team. The couple have 3 children aged 4, 6 & 9 who all attend school full time. They already employ an afternoon nanny and another full time Housekeeper who you will work alongside.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning
• Laundry and Ironing
• Simple daily family cooking
• Organising wardrobes
• Running errands & Grocery shopping

The ideal candidate will be energetic and open to the possibility of travelling on holiday with the family, although the Nanny usually does this.

This is Spanish speaking household, so it would be a huge bonus if you were a fluent Spanish speaker!

House: 4 bedrooms, 5 storeys.

Hours: Flexible 5 days, typically based around Monday- Friday with occasional help on Saturdays. 8 hours a day only, but hours may start early and finish later depending on the family’s schedule.

Accommodation: Your own lovely bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and TV. This is private and away from the rest of the house, located on the top floor next to the laundry & ironing rooms. This is your own very private area.

Salary: £35,000 gross per annum (approx. £500 net per week)

Start: When right person is found
