My Client is a global business headquartered in Marseille. The CEO/Owner of the business is looking for a truly exceptional EA with bi-lingual English/French to support him.
This role is suited to a top-level and highly experienced EA who is either based in Marseilles or is willing to re-locate. We are looking for an exceptional gatekeeper who is highly detail oriented, discreet, confidential and efficient.
You need to have previously worked for an international business at the highest level. Alternatively, if you have family office experience, this will also be acceptable.
You'll be liaising at a very high level and working at national and international levels; managing meetings, agendas, organising Exec Committees etc.
You'll be in charge of your Boss's diary, extensive travel and much more.
In addition, there is an event's element and some Private PA work.
