The successful individual will play a key role in coordinating connections between clients and senior industry experts. The Project Administrator will work closely with research professionals and a strong client base of partners at private equity firms, hedge fund managers and project managers at Fortune 1000 companies. Description

West End, London:

As the Graduate Project Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling calls between clients (external) and requested experts (internal)

  • Coordinating requests with compliance requirements and client-specific preferences

  • Establishing and building strong working relationships with internal Research partners

  • Successfully executing against scheduling request objectives, seeing each project through to completion

  • Appreciating the urgency of call coordination and prioritise accordingly in order to provide timely client service

Profile

The successful Graduate Project Administrator will have:

  • An undergraduate degree, ideally relevant to the business and/or financial services sector

  • Ability to maintain a high quality of work with precision and attention to detail on projects with short turn-around times

  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Superior phone communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral and written abilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment

  • Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals
