I am looking for a part qualified candidate to work for a high end representative body in Central London. 

Role:
-Business plan activities are delivered on time and within a budget or senior staff helf accountable
-Performance reports, corporate risk registers and other reports are complied and presented on time
-Support the development of the business plans and associated reporting frameworks

Duties:
-Business planning and budgeting
-Development of annual business plan and budget
-Review management accounts and assist finance team and budget holders with regular forecasting and planning
-Act as conduit between business stakeholders and finance team to resolve queries and overcome potential issues
-Provide support and advice on the development of cost recovery models for the economic delivery of regulatory activities
-Performance monitoring
-Coordinate collection of management information from across the organisation to ensure the performance is accurately monitored
-Hold directors and heads of team to account for delivery of activities against the business plan by ensuring meetings are held regularly with operational managers and directors to get status reports 
-Synthesising management information into reports and dashboards so that performance can be consistently measured
-Design of and ensuring that effective processes are in place for collecting management information
-Support and provide cover for the corporate risk and assurance officer role as required
-Manage service complaints in box, ensuring that service complaints are forwarded to the correct investigating officer and followed up within agreed timescales
-Act as a source of advice and guidance on issues relating to corporate support and business functions
-Develop, implement and maintain efficient support for the BSB
-Provide technical support on projects and programmes of work across the BSB
-Any other duties as required commensurate with a post at this level

Person:
Education - Part-qualified accountant or qualified by experience 

Experience - Significant experience of working in a financial role in a corporate business support team, substantial experience of working with strategic/business planning processes and tools, Demonstrable experience of supporting and administering budgeting and forecasting exercises, Demonstrable experience of performance management and risk management tools

Knowledge - Good IT skills including thorough knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, good analytical and problem solving skills to source and interpret information and data, able to collate, summarise and present complex information from a variety of sources and to a range of audiences

Personal attributes - Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to deal with conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines, excellent verbal skills and written communication skills, presenting complex information clearly, able to attend evening board and committee meetings as required, able to build effective working relationships and gain confidence at all levels.
