Our client, a well-established law firm based in Solihull are seeking an Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Department by assisting and supporting the senior secretaries.

You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, have experience within an administrative based role with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities


· Audio and copy typing including amending documents, letters and emails

· Processing expenses, invoices and payments received

· Photocopying, scanning and printing

· Supporting the preparation of bulk documentation, files and bundles for meetings

· Arranging meetings and appointments

· Up-keeping and maintaining of the department's database
