Page Personnel are representing a London based Financial Services provider in their search for an Executive Assistant. This role reports into the head of the Investment team and is best suited to a candidate who has experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Client Details
My client are a London based Financial Services provider. Due to a company restructure and subsequent vacancy, my client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Head of their Investment Team. This is a full-time position, with a requirement to work from the office five days per week. This will be a busy, fast paced position that is ideal for an experienced candidate who is familiar with supporting at a 1-1 level.
Description
Victoria, London, Financial Services, Executive Assistant:
Duties:
- Responsibility for monitoring of email (reviewing all incoming messages, taking action to resolve or delegate where appropriate, drafting responses, filtering and prioritising, tracking pending items to completion).
- Forward diary planning, time management and task monitoring to completion.
- Complex diary management including extensive international travel arrangements across multiple time zones, ever mindful of the executive's objectives and incorporating relevant deadline planning and desk time to maximise effectiveness.
- Meeting organisation including coordinating annual schedule of senior executive meetings, preparing agenda and supporting papers, taking minutes, tracking action items arising to completion and maintaining detailed records.
- Preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and research, standardised formatting of documentation.
- Regular liaison at with all internal and external clients
- Independent ongoing development of appropriate level of business knowledge to facilitate informed decisions.
- All general administration
- Provision of back-up assistance to other Executive Assistants as and when required
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Immediately available
- Previous Executive Assistant experience at a Senior Level
- First-class communication, client facing, and relationship management skills focused on a customer service approach
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
Job Offer
The successful candidate will be paid between £21 and £24 per hour depending on experience
