Thinking about relocating to warmer climates?

We are currently looking for a bright and ambitious Private PA/Household Manager to provide personal support to an UHNWI and his family in the UAE. This role requires relocation, all costs such as VISA and flights will be covered by the client in order to make this process as smooth as possible.

We’re looking for an experienced PA who has experience running a household and managing a team of household staff. This role will require travel with the family as and when necessary and high levels of discretion and diplomacy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage property projects and acting as the main point of contact for all household maintenance
  • Liaise with insurance brokers to ensure policies are up to date and providing comprehensive coverage
  • Manage household staff; HR responsibilities, salary payment, arranging visas and vacations
  • Manage private appointments for family and friends
  • Manage annual custom Christmas cards and gifts, birthday gifts and celebration
  • Manage Art collection, insurance and correspondence with shipments and damages
  • Manage all paper for auctions and bidding proceedings
  • Manage wine collection and purchases
  • Extensive travel management; sourcing holiday options, coordinating visas, maintaining good relationships with travel providers and travelling with family when required
  • Assist in planning and executing parties and sourcing caterers, organising site inspections and coordinating logistics
  • Manage payment of household bills and expenses, private office expenses and staff budgets
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all staff

What We Are Looking For:

  • Preferably Degree educated
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience supporting a UHNWI beneficial
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Demonstrates highest levels of diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions
