A once in a lifetime PA role has arisen working for a UHNW working alongside another PA both at the same level). This is a dynamic, high profile role that will require you to provide highly discreet private support to a well-known but very private individual. You must have excellent French (fluent spoken good written) as the Principal uses English mainly but you will also work in French on a day to day basis. The other PA is a native French speaker so mother tongue English is preferred for the role. You will be based a month in London at their Belgravia offices but you will also travel to France, Switzerland, LA or wherever work dictates so you must be happy to travel at short notice.

This role will suit someone who has worked in a Private PA capacity perhaps who is ready for a new challenge or who is currently a Junior Private PA ready for their next step. You must have excellent communication and written skills, be flexible with regard to travelling as you may stay a month in London and then move to other countries for subsequent months.  As one of two Private PA's you are a gatekeeper for your boss so you will be responsible for coordinating all private and domestic matters for the Principal as well as helping to manage his charitable foundation, Art collection and his horses amongst other responsibilities!

If you are a highly organised, calm, down to earth EA and looking to provide excellent support with flexibility to travel alongside your boss and work well with the friendly, inclusive team around you then you will love this role. You must be happy to work as part of a team (no prima donnas !) but equally be prepared to work on your own when the need arises. This is an incredible opportunity for a PA with French as you will travel across many time zones and be expected to work to the desired high standards required for a role of this magnitude.

Due to the number of CV's for this role please be aware that it is essential you have fluent French as you will be tested in French to ensure your spoken/written French meets the desired standard for the role. Please email with your current notice period and reason for leaving. To start ASAP.
