A fantastic, non-profit organisation, who have created a nationwide network of charities with a common goal, is looking for a dedicated and experienced senior development manager to oversee their national programmes team.

Since 2016 they have rolled out several national programmes which support a very specific section of society, who need help. Managing a small team, you will oversee the delivery of the programmes through various member charities, develop a suite of national funds to support their members existing programmes, design monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure programme effectiveness and manage some high value, strategic partnerships.

They want you to be a skilled relationship manager with experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, managing programme delivery and designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks. You will need to be able to manage a varied portfolio of projects, approach challenges creatively and be confident in managing a team in a fast-paced environment. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining this amazing company, to head up a dedicated programmes team and to and oversee an exciting portfolio of support programmes.

You will be based in the London office, but there will be a small amount of travel around the UK, depending on the programmes you are implementing.

Please note, before you deciding you’re the perfect candidate and applying, this role is a part-time (3 days which is flexible and on occasions can work from home), 12-month maternity cover. The pro-rata salary is £27,796.
