Our client is a finance company based in beautiful, state of the art offices in Piccadilly. They are looking for office manager/PA based on reception to join them on a 12month FTC.
It is a boutique firm and they need someone who has a good, muck in attitude. One moment you could be organising travel for the CEO or FD to popping the kettle on and looking after the office cleaner rota.
It is a friendly office and they have a lovely work environment. Ideally you will be able to start by the end of June.
Duties in this role:
- Manage the CEO’s diary and inbox
- Book the Directors travel and produce itineraries
- Meet and greet all clients and visitors to the office with a warm welcome
- Answer phones, order couriers and stationery for the office
- Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and ensure the office space is looking great at all times
- Maintaining holiday records
- Monthly expenses analysis
- Ad hoc administration
Required experience:
- Previous PA and Office management experience
- Ideally within the finance sector, this is not a requisite
- IOSH would be advantageous, however not a necessity
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A good knowledge of MS Office
