A world class, high end, design company are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the safe, efficient and smooth running of their Fulham office. As one of the best in their field, they expect the same quality standard of work from their staff. Office Management Duties Will Include:
- Negotiating and liaising with contractors
- Managing the budgets for IT, Internet, building maintenance, printers, cleaning and more
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Looking after the company phones and IPad
- Creating and maintaining the health and safety manual
- Managing weekly workshops and studio events
- Weekly testing of fire alarms
- Cover the front of house when necessary
- Setting up and cleaning of meeting rooms
- Organising catering when necessary
- If necessary, taking lead on a full office move
Necessary Skills:
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Budget management
- 3+ years of Office management experience, ideally in a large office
- Experience in the creative industry
- Knowledge of facility management and health and safety
Salary and Benefits:
- £35,000-£40,000
