Our client, a legal organisation based in central London, requires an experienced Team Assistant. This is a maternity contract which is expected to last for a year and is paying £30,000 P/A.

Main duties of this Team Assistant role include:

  • Preparing board reports, circulating papers and creating/amending agendas, attending board meetings and minuting when required
  • Budget preparation
  • Drafting correspondence and the annual business plan
  • Writing and proofreading copy
  • Overseeing departmental projects
  • Other administrative duties when required

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role dealing with high level meetings and necessary follow-up. You will be a proactive individual who can handle competing priorities. You must have previous experience minuting meetings regularly, have an excellent written style and be accustomed to proofreading important documents. You need to be polished and professional in appearance and conduct, be able to travel and have advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
