Boutique Private Equity firm based in Victoria is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a partner and his team - Maternity contract circa 1 year!
A great opportunity for an EA who enjoys the pace of supporting at Partner level but equally likes the variety of team support.
Key responsibilities;
*Complex and extensive diary management and arranging travel requirements
*Coordinating meetings on a quarterly basis and presentation ordering
*Working with external companies to coordinate project meetings
*Submitting extensive monthly expenses
*Manage an ever changing diary
*Organising signing of documents and couriers
*Internal and external event management
*Personal PA work for the CEO, such as arranging appointments
*Acting as a secondary resource and absence cover for the Chairman's PA
*Acting as a gatekeeper for the Directors
*Editing, formatting and binding documents and presentations
Knowledge and Experience:
*Previous administrative experience, preferably gained in a financial services
*Exceptional knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Skills:
*Reliable, hard-working and organised
*Proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
*Ability to prioritise
*Flexibility and adaptability
*Self-driven and motivated
*Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
*Polite telephone manner
