I am currently recruiting for an Office Manager who has proven experience to join a fun and dynamic team within a global technology firm based in the City of London. You will be the go-to person within the office and must be able to use your initiative on a day to day basis.

This is an ongoing contract, with a potential to go permanent for the right person. All applicants must have previous Office Manager experience, ideally within a similar industry.

Duties Include:
  • Dealing with all Office Management and Facilities for the whole office
  • Manage the maintenance of the building by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services as needed
  • Organising the company events (including team drinks, away trips and company events)
  • Handling the preparation for the internal meetings
  • Creating presentations for the company meetings and events
  • Handling the incoming calls
  • Create a budget for various facility needs and expenses
  • Managing the office stationary and equipment requirements (ordering fruit, snacks, stationary etc)
  • Ensure smooth operation of the office, including repairs and maintenance
What you will need:
  • Previous experience within a tech/ media environment
  • Minimum of a GCSE grade
  • Proven history working in an office support capacity
  • Passion
  • Confidence
  • Great organisational skills
