What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Three senior level executives, one being the Head of Communications.

Key duties:

• Excellent diary management.
• Coordinating events.
• Organising travel arrangements and visas when required.
• Dealing with expenses, converting currencies when needed and checking invoices from suppliers.
• Managing the client database (Salesforce) ensuring it remains up to date.
• Planning all aspects of client visits, ensuring they run smoothly.

What is the company looking for?

• Previous EA experience in a similar role supporting senior level executives within Asset Management.
• Event management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between different departments across the organisation.
• An attention to detail, strong work ethic and critical thinking skills.
• Great time management skills.
• Ability to use CRM and Microsoft office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

Qualifications: A degree is preferred.
