Would you like to work in the exciting and cosmopolitan City of Berlin? Do you speak German and English completely fluently? Do you have a proven track record of senior level PA support within a corporate environment? Then this could be the job of your dreams!
A highly successful US Private Equity business have recently opened a very cool office in Berlin and are looking for administrative support for their Partners and general help in the office.
Duties will be extremely varied and include:
* Arranging meetings, providing reminders, booking conferences, setting up conference calls and video conferences, both internally and externally
* Managing busy Outlook diaries, gatekeeping where necessary
* Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them appropriately
* Arranging complicated travel arrangements and itineraries, working across multiple time zones
* Preparation of meeting materials and briefing documents, including meeting agendas and following up on action points
* Ensuring any travel visas are organised well in advance
As this is a new office, you will also be responsible for all office admin and reception duties.
The working languages for this job are English and German.
