This highly dynamic and ever expanding US law firm are now looking for additional support in their IT department and urgently seeking a confident, energetic and experienced IT Helpdesk Support Analyst who is looking for a new challenge.

 

The Role

 

Your main duties will include:

 

  • Being the first point of contact for all helpdesk IT User Support related issues for all staff within the firm 
  • Being able to solve any problems and provide full technical helpdesk/first line support.
  • The Candidate

     

    As an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Analyst, preferably with a top City law firm, candidates should have excellent communication skills as well as full knowledge of a wide variety of software programmes including Windows 7 & 10 and MS Office Suite as well as time recording systems which are vital in this fulfilling and challenging role.
