One of our Private clients based in Surrey require a flexible, confident and capable PA.

You will need to be proactive in thought and action with an open style and capable of working within a team. A strong  project management capability is essential with the ability to multi-task and a flexible approach to working. The person must be highly IT/technology proficient and have a good communication style.

Duties include:

Overseeing all maintenance work is kept up to date and all services with the household run smoothly
Working with a household team
Overseeing garden and household issues
Liaising with agents with various international properties.
Travelling to properties to ensure all technology, IT, garden pool etc. are to the highest standard
Booking travel arrangements - experience of use of air miles and liaison with travel agents
Researching international trips
Ensuring visas, inoculations etc are up to date
Managing private diary to include all birthdays, events etc. 
Triage email
Special projects

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
