There will be direct involvement with Projects meaning a canidiate with coordination and PA experience is necessary

Client Details

My client are one of the UK's largest financial services institutions and have a long and successful history within the industry. They work on aiding in building the UK's banking environment and are now expanding into a new and developing team in the City of London by bringing in a Project Support Administrator to aid in the development happening today.

Description

They key responsibilities are;

  • Experience working as a Project Support Administrator
  • Prior knowledge of how to see through a project from the outset to its closure
  • Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant
  • Knowledge of diary management, meeting arrangement and travel coordination
  • Experience in document preparation, preparing board packs and proof-reading
  • Knowledge of expense management on either Excel or Concur
  • Good working confidence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Skilled organisation and prioritisation
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Profile

They successful candidate will need;

  • Previous experience working with a team on various projects
  • Experience fulfilling the duties of a PA
  • Ability to organise and prioritise meetings and diary obligations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
  • Examples of supporting senior staff members with administration

Job Offer

the successful candidate will be paid up to £40,000 depending on experience and qualify to recieve the benefits the company provide, including private health care and a highly competitive pension plan
