Great role for a super organised and experienced Office Assistant to join an International Media Company on a 3 month contract.  You will be super organised with excellent communicational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. 

Duties will include (But are not limited to):

  • Contracts for contributors and new employees                                                                
  • Initiates and manages efficiencies for costs and workflow                                                                                                                           
  • Manages international travel                     
  • Liaising with Freelance Staff, Contributors & Suppliers on a daily basis
  • Manage editorial budgets                                           
  • Forecasting/budgeting                                                                                                                 
  • PaymentsTrouble Shooting                                                                                                    
  • Administering staff/contributor paperwork for advances & manual payments   
  • Administer IT access – financial systems, email, software applications                    

This is a busy and varied role working for a well-known Media company in Central London.  The successful person will have experience working with budgets and will be confident  acting as the Lynch Pin within a fast paced team.  This is a 3 month Maternity Contract commencing in June 2019.  Please do not delay and email me your CV today!
