An insurance firm with a friendly team and fantastic offices in the City of London, are now looking for an experienced EA to join their team on a one-year contract. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy EA role supporting the CEO and occasionally offering support to the HR Manager. It’s the perfect role for an EA who loves variety and is self sufficient with a proactive nature.
  • Extensive diary management
  • Email account management: reviewing/reading, bringing email to CEO’s attention and drafting responses
  • Arranging travel to include flights, hotels, visas, and preparing travel itineraries
  • Organising events and assisting with projects
  • Processing all expenses
  • Liaising with other EA’s both internally and externally  
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have a minimum of four years’ experience as an EA and previous experience supporting at C-level. 

Essential requirements:
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • 1:1 support
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
Desired requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar sector
